1. Pick Your Neighbourhood

2. Decide on Home Plan

Based on your pre-approval, various designs and models will be available. Discuss your lifestyle and family needs with our builder's representative, Jay Gajjar. Visit different models in person to visualize your future home.

3. Customization and Add-ons

After selecting your home plan, it's time to personalize it. Discuss your preferences for colours and materials with us. Whether you want a fireplace or extra windows, we thrive on creating homes that reflect your unique style.

4. Time for Paperwork

Once we finalize your requirements, it’s time to make an offer. An initial deposit is required, followed by a 14-day period for mortgage and lawyer's approval. We’ll handle the details, so you can focus on your dream.

5. Final Plans

After the deal is finalized, the architect will work on your final plans. Once approved by the engineer and developer, these plans will be sent to you for review.

6. Design Studio
